The eighth episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic produced for Season 3 had been left in the dark for a long time, but now with the episode "Keep Calm and Flutter On" revealed, the eleventh episode of Season 3, currently called "Just For Sidekicks" seems to be the only candidate left as the produced episode eight. Due to the plot of this new episode, it's the only explanation behind the screen cap that shows the Cutie Mark Crusaders with five of the six pets, Angel being apparently either absent or not shown. What? I'm not gonna tell you the current synopsis. Go find out yourself. It's probably just another Spike episode anyway.
With this new episode revealed, that means only two remain, which is currently assumed to be the two-part finale, in which it is presumed the screen shots of the dystopian Ponyville are from. And it looks like there's no hiatus between "Keep Calm and Flutter On" and "Just For Sidekicks", drawing the moment of potential truth or judgment day ever so much closer.
EDIT: Might wanna scratch that actually. Meghan McCarthy has confirmed that the Season 3 finale will be one episode instead of a two-parter. And this episode has been written by none other than Mitch Larson, whom I scorn for "Ponyville Confidential".
