To pay my final homage to The Land Before Time series, as it's been nearly 25 years since the first movie hit the silver screen, I will now reveal its greatest fan-fiction of all time - "Far Away Home", written by the brilliant FanFiction user Caustizer and whose Wingtail characters were created exclusively by the talented deviantART user Hakunaro. On FanFiction, the last update to the story was finished nine months ago and this digital art poster was done by Hakunaro two months ago. While the story itself is more intense and graphic than your average Land Before Time film and episode, the storyline is one of the most dramatic of all time. And similarly to The Lord of the Rings, the adventure in the story spans over the course of many years, so I guess it's fair to say that if you liked The Lord of the Rings, you'll enjoy this fan-fiction as well. But its not just because of years passing. There's a lot of intense stuff as well, making it more like a Land Before Time thing for teens and older viewers.
