Chao Adventure 2: Battle - "Caramel Dances, Part II"
Meanwhile, I have confirmed for myself that Chao indeed take less time to develop towards their natural second "evolution" in the Hero Garden than in the Dark Garden. And it's possible that in the Chao Garden, the amount of time is roughly the same as the Hero Garden, but maybe it takes slightly longer.
