The true Season 3 finale of Phineas and Ferb is apparently an episode named "Your Backstory" in which Norm is the host of some kind of reality show featuring the life of the wishfully evil Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. It is currently set to air on November 2nd on Disney Channel.
Well, so much for the transition from Season 3 to Season 4. Just as we should have expected, Season 3 is still not over yet.
